			FPR Partners ("FPR") is a private investment firm that seeks to generate superior long-term returns while minimizing the risk of capital loss. The primary goal of FPR is to invest in a small number of excellent public companies with sustainable competitive advantages and great management teams when they are undervalued. FPR invests with a 3-5 year time horizon and invests in stocks as if it were buying entire companies.
